Claudette Sjerven
|
Claudette started her violin studies at the age of 5 and continued until the age of 12. After a 42-year hiatus, she picked up her violin again (which she had kept all those years never dreaming she would play again!) and played for 5 years in Phil's Harmonics in Port Alberni. At 60 years of age, she decided to learn the cello. She joined the Nanaimo Chamber Orchestra in the spring of 2015, and feels very privileged to be a member. Claudette travels south for the winter and plays cello in the Temecula Valley Symphony and the Desert Chamber Orchestra in Southern California." Biography is unavailable.
